Kim Delaney (born Kim Delaney) is an American actor best recognized for her role as detective Diane Russell in ABCs NYPD Blue, for which she won the Emmy Award. Her other credits include her role in the drama All My Children Philly CSI: Miami as well as Army Wives. Delaney is the sole child of an United Auto Workers senior executive as well as a domestic worker was raised with her four brothers and sisters.
